• Attempting unauthorised access to restricted areas, databases or services.

The PropertyAxis brand and logo are distinctive signs of PropertyAxis, S.L. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right over those marks.

The Site may contain links to other third-party websites. The inclusion of these links does not imply any relationship, endorsement or supervision by PropertyAxis. We accept no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of linked sites.

You may freely link to the Site from your own website provided that: (i) content is not reproduced other than the URL; (ii) no frame is used that hides the origin; (iii) no non-existent commercial relationships are implied; and (iv) the linking site does not contain unlawful material or material contrary to good practice.

PropertyAxis makes every effort to keep the Site operational, up to date and free of errors. However, we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, delays, inaccuracies or technical failures beyond our control.

Within the limits permitted by law, PropertyAxis is not liable for damages arising from: temporary unavailability of the Site, errors or inaccuracies in the content, or the presence of viruses introduced by third parties despite the security measures adopted.

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of the user's domicile where the user is a consumer; otherwise, to the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
