What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser to remember information across pages or visits — for example, whether you're logged in, your preferred language, or whether you have accepted this notice. Some last only for the session; others stay until you delete them.
This policy applies to propertyaxis.io and to the application panel. Websites published by our customers (under their own domains) have their own cookie policy.
Which cookies we use
We only load non-essential cookies if you have given consent through the banner shown on your first visit.
Technical — always on
Essential for browsing and for services you have requested (such as signing in). They do not require consent.
Analytics — require consent
They help us understand which pages work and which don't, anonymously and in aggregate. You can reject them without losing functionality.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not share data with social networks or Google Ads, and we do not sell information to third parties. Our analytics is aggregated: we do not identify individual visitors or build behavioural profiles.
How to manage them
You have three ways to control cookies:
- Preferences panel. Press the button below to open the panel and change your choices at any time.
- From your browser. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking technical cookies can break some functionality.
- Incognito mode. Browse privately and cookies will be deleted when you close the window.

International transfers
Our analytics (Plausible) is hosted in the European Union and does not perform transfers outside the EEA. If in the future we integrate a provider whose processing involves international transfers, we will state it here and apply the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove cookies, we update this page and, where relevant, ask you again for consent. Check the effective date at the top to see whether it has changed.
